Congolese Independence day Experience

On June 30th, 2024, we hosted a six-course afro-fusion fine dining experience in honour of the Democratic of Congo's 64th celebration of independence.

This event blended together staple congolese dishes, Rumba and soukous music, and a vibrant athmosphere to bring to Ottawa a feel of Zaire.
